Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
If the order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

3. Prepaid Order Cancellation

Prepaid orders can only be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, the product must be received first, then returned according to our return policy.

4. COD (Cash on Delivery) Order Cancellation

If you placed a COD order, you can request cancellation before dispatch.
Repeated cancellation of COD orders may lead to restrictions on COD availability for your account.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver the package after repeated attempts, the order will be marked as “Returned to Sender (RTS)”.
A refund will be issued only for prepaid orders once the product returns to our warehouse.
