Returns

We accept returns within 7–10 days of delivery for all unused and unwashed items.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem.
You can request an exchange for the same product (subject to availability) within 7 days of delivery.
If your preferred item is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or refund based on your preference.

Refunds

Once your returned item passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment or as store credit, depending on your choice.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll replace it immediately at no extra cost, because your trust means everything to us.
